       Oriented strand board (also known as OSB), is an upgraded version of traditional particle board, and its directional mechanical properties, durability, humidity resistance and dimensional stability is better than that of ordinary particle board. It possesses properties such as a small expansion coefficient, free of deformation, good stability, material uniformity and high nail-holding ability. Our company adopts Maier 1200 type longboard flaker to ensure the quality of wood shavings and production of OSB that can meet the import standard from the true sense. Such OSB is a board of directional structure made of flaking with length of 40—100mm, width of 5—20mm, thickness of 0.3—0.7mm, which is processed by special equipment from leftovers of veneer, receiving degreasing, drying, sizing, directional paving, hot pressing and other processes. The surface flakings are longitudinally arranged, and the core flakings horizontally arranged. This criss-cross structure arrangement makes the OSB have extremely high dimensional stability and strength of the material, which is unmatched by hand-laid OSB. The drying section adopts the United States high-temperature flue gas single-channel dryer to ensure the water content of shavings. The sizing section uses high-pressure atomization glue spraying system and a fully automatic computerized sizing system from Germany. Pavement hot presses are all provided by the domestic senior Shenyang Heavy Machinery Group, which adopts domestically advanced graded mechanical oriented paving machine. Environment-friendly melamine glue and environmental water-resistant phenolic resin glue are applied, which have superior environmental performance.
