Luli veneer-available OSB has world-class advanced equipment and special production process: The flakers are Canadian Kadeng Camara 28/81 series long material flakers, and the paving and hot presses are all provided by the famous machine manufacturer Dieffenbacher Germany and molded by one-time hot pressing, which have tighter and closer bonding strength compared with the same product molded twice on market. Luli directional structure board has the customizable thickness and specification, which is different from the conventional 1220x2440mm, the width of which can reach 1220mm-2500mm and the length of which is up to2440mm-5100mm, and diversified products can be customized according to customers' different needs. The adhesive used in the Luli veneer-available oriented structure board is a new type of PMDI (isocyanate) adhesive; the emission of formaldehyde is almost zero, so it is truly a aldehyde-free and environment-friendly panel that can be compared favorably with natural wood.
