       Luli veneer-available oriented structure board is a board paved with fine materials on upper and lower surfaces on the basis of ordinary oriented structure boards, which is different from the rough and uneven oriented structure boards on the market; its surface is level and smooth after sanding and it can be directly applied veneer or membrane paper of impregnated paper and processed into a variety of veneer panels, and it makes up for defects of the oriented structure board due to exposure of the large wood shaving and failure in direct finishing. Luli veneer-available OSB has world-class advanced equipment and special production process: The flakers are Canadian Kadeng Camara 28/81 series long material flakers, and the paving and hot presses are all provided by the famous machine manufacturer Dieffenbacher Germany and molded by one-time hot pressing, which have tighter and closer bonding strength compared with the same product molded twice on market. Luli directional structure board has the customizable thickness and specification, which is different from the conventional 1220x2440mm, the width of which can reach 1220mm-2500mm and the length of which is up to2440mm-5100mm, and diversified products can be customized according to customers' different needs. The adhesive used in the Luli veneer-available oriented structure board is a new type of PMDI (isocyanate) adhesive; the emission of formaldehyde is almost zero, so it is truly a aldehyde-free and environment-friendly panel that can be compared favorably with natural wood.

1.    Green and environmental friendly: Luli veneer-available oriented structure board uses isocyanate (MDI) as an adhesive in the production process, which does not contain aldehydes, benzene which are harmful substances to the human body, ensuring that the Luli veneer-available oriented structure board has excellent healthy and environmental performance and its quality is comparable to that of natural wood. The aldehyde-free and harmless environmentally-friendly quality is the core of the market competitiveness of Luli veneer-available oriented structure board.

2.    Dimensional stability and free of deformation: Luli veneer-available oriented structure board is in five-layer structure with two layers of fine materials in the upper and lower layers, flaking pieces in the middle are arranged vertically and the core flakings arranged in a transverse direction, has strong impact resistance and can be exported without fumigation, and thus possesses good shock resistance, impact resistance and bending strength.

3.    The secondary pressing only needs 30-40s, which saves the post-processing cost.

4.    Excellent waterproof performance. Because isocyanate (MDI) glue is insoluble in water, the veneer-available oriented structure board produced using isocyanate has good waterproof and moisture-proof properties.
